Meet Jessica
Jessica Nicholson is a certified speech-language pathologist (alum of Penn State and Towson University) and IBCLC candidate. She is passionate about working with families to optimize oral motor skills for breast/bottle/solid feeding, speech, and breathing. She is knowledgable on the impact of oral restrictions (tongue/lip/buccal ties) on health throughout the life span and provides practical strategies for pre- and post-frenectomy care in infants, toddlers, and adolescents. She is always open to learning and collaborates with various professionals to help families meet their goals. She loves teaching caregivers how to engage meaningfully through play to enhance language skills. Jessica resides in Maryland with her husband and loves cooking, traveling, and being with friends and family.
